●Product Introduction: Enamelled flat wire refers to a winding wire where, on a conductor drawn through a rectangular mold from an electrical round copper rod or electrical round aluminum rod, an insulating varnish with the required temperature index and compatibility is applied according to customer requirements. After baking, the insulating varnish and the conductor form an integrated whole. This product is widely used in the windings of transformers, generators, motors, reactors, and various electrical equipment coils;

The resistivity of copper flat wire at 20°C is not greater than 0.017241 Ω·mm²/m

The resistivity of aluminum flat wire at 20°C is not greater than 0.028010 Ω·mm²/m

●Production Range

Narrow side dimension a: 0.80mm—5.60mm

Wide side dimension b: 3.00mm—16.00mm

Recommended conductor width-to-thickness ratio: 1.5 < b/a < 7.5
